1. Acceptance of terms

By placing an order or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Product availability

All products are subject to availability. Fresh and seasonal items may occasionally be substituted with your agreement, or refunded if unavailable.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is accepted.

4. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order is being prepared. We may decline an order where stock, payment or delivery cannot be fulfilled.

5. Delivery

Local delivery is available in the areas and at the prices published at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. Someone aged 18 or over must be available to receive age-restricted items.

6. Collection

Collection orders may be picked up free of charge from 71 Thornton Road, Thornton Heath CR7 6BD during opening hours (09:00 – 22:00, Monday to Sunday). Please bring your order reference.

7. Returns and refunds

If an item is damaged, incorrect or not of satisfactory quality, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace it or issue a refund. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

8. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

9. Cancellation rights

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched or prepared. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, perishable and short shelf-life groceries are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period.

10. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Intellectual property

All site content, branding, imagery and text belongs to Jadiah International or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. Website usage

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or introduce malicious code. Access may be suspended where misuse is suspected.

13. Account responsibilities

Keep your account details and password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
